Golden Chick - Midland

Went to get dinner on a Saturday night. No other customers in the restaurant on Big Spring st. The staff was surprisingly friendly. Normally at this location the employees are really rude. The fried chicken was disgusting like they were fried in weeks old grease. French fries tasted old and the gravy was basically white water. Do not waste your money at this place. The owner should be ashamed of this chain.

Sorry, was very disappointed in the quality of product. I ordered what I thought was to be two delicious fish fillets. Unfortunately what I got was not what was pictured on the menu. What I received was two shriveled, poorly prepared and tasteless strips of what was supposed to be fish. Looked and tasted more like two pieces of rubber, breaded and deep fried and passed off as fish. Don't know what has happened to the store on north Big Springs but the food quality has declined significantly over the last two years. Lesson learned, will not be trying that fish again.

Love this place! They do have off days like everywhere. Didn't have medium cups, so had to pay for an upgrade to large. ????

Pulled up today at 530 (dinner time). Was told they had 5 pieces of fried and 5 pieces of roasted, and that was it. Stated the fryers hadn't been turned on yet. Went ahead and took the 5 of each, to find out evidently they were left over from the lunch rush (super dry). One would think that maybe at dinner time, fryers would be on and running preparing for a dinner crowd.

They where fast and good, that's all I have to say I'm drunk lol, but good cervice
