The Apple Tree Pub - Middlesbrough

Came in for a quiet lunch with my Grandma. She ordered the pensioners specials sausage and mash with peas and onion gravy. She said it was delicious tho the mash wasn't quite as mashed as she liked but no complaints otherwise . I had the parmo special with mushrooms, real chicken breast, very tasty and proper chips (not frozen), decent size portions. Lovely pub grub! Nice and helpful staff.

Had an excellent lunch here today, all tasty and cooked perfect. Staff very pleasant and helpful! I’ll definitely be returning.

Changing this review as I've been three times since my last review. Staff v friendly and food tastes lovely. Plenty of choice for both meat eaters and veggie. Food can be able a while to get to table but is all fresh and hot so happy days.

Once again, Sunday dinner was great along with the strange pint, the personal makes them always welcome, as it is always busy, lunch time one must for a parmo. or just a pint or two. prost for personal etc.

A great pub, they have a great selection of excavators and eating is nice. the staff is polite and helpful. also a large selection of gluten-free foods.
