Pizza Hut - Middlesbrough

I took my kids for a delicious meal, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was friendly and engaging with our children. The food was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. The staff made our visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend this special restaurant—it was excellent!

The service was quick, and ordering by scanning was simple and easy to follow. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The salad was entirely fresh and generously portioned. I have no complaints; it was an ideal meal.

20/11/2018: Up to this visit, I have visited 17 other huts across the UK as I travel for business. This hut has been one of the best experiences ever. I was welcomed and shown to my seat which was next to the entrance, I asked for another and he didn't have an issues at all. They took my order without any issue and I used both the Qkcr app as well as the Pizza hut app for points. The food came within 10 minutes, the quickest ever and as always the food was on point, just what I expected. Staff were extremely friendly and checked in on me during my meal. All dishes were taken when it was obvious I had enough. Perfect service, perfect food.

Haven't been there for a long time so not as I remember it. Quite a bit has changed since our last visit but we enjoyed it before we went to see the Elvis movie

I visited this pizza place on Valentine's Day (February 14, 2022) with my friend for a date night. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance by a friendly and polite employee, though I didn't catch the name of the lady who escorted us to our table. I ordered our meals through the mobile ordering service, which was super easy and quick for payments. When we received our pizzas, we were absolutely thrilled; they were sensational and out of this world! I decided to treat myself and my friend by giving a £4 tip when I ordered a sharing cookie dough dessert for us. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you very much! 5/5 stars.
