Contribuiți la feedbackI had a bad experience to pay for my food. They told me I'd take 20% of my order and they didn't want to honor it. And they said to come back tomorrow or the next time to get it. Then I came back and they only got me 10% and they didn't want to honor any vouchers they had after they thought they were giving me more because I didn't spend the 20%, was assumed to fix things. I'm very annoyed with those I feel like they're crooks and trying to rob me. They don't want to be honorable and do the right thing. I won't go back there and they'll lose the shops that treat people like that. I charged myself for things I didn't even say I was getting.
Amazing customer service from this location. I'm really impressed. Recommended.
Even with 3 people in shiftwork, employees are not organised. They have to work on their delivery. It takes 15 minutes to get my order when it is time to eat my meal is already cold.
I am writing to you about the Subway restaurant located at 3129 Grand Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33133. I do not know at what time that Subway is supposed to close, but I went there a just before 10:00PM this past weekend, and the girl did not let me in. Today (Tuesday), thinking that she closed at 10:00PM, I showed up a little after 9:30PM. Once again, I had the same result; she had already locked the door. When I called from the parking lot, she told me she closes at 9:30PM. Now, every other Subway I have been to closes at 11:00PM on weekdays. Is she just being lazy?
The two ladies who work here are extremely caring and attentive. Food is always great too. Space is too limited for the shear number of customers and the soda machine behind the counter becomes a headache to the workers, who are trying to do dozens of things at the same time. The shop needs three people!
