Little Caesars Pizza - Miami

In general it is a perfectly fine little Caesars. However, last visit, I ordered a 2l soda. First, the girl present made little effort to make sure I received my soda. When I asked for it she said they didn’t have that variety, with a look of “so I guess you are out of luck.” However, I had already paid for it in the app. So I asked for another type, she asked, me, the customer, to please go retrieve what I wanted. For every other person this might be an acceptable request. The problem for me, the customer, was, I am already standing by myself, with my 4 yr and HOLDING my 2 yr old, who I could not put down and our pizza already in the other hand. Also, the coolers for the soda are in the back portion of the store, with a structure blocking the path. Clearly, I was unable to do her job for her as the customer. And when I told her no I couldn’t she was visibly annoyed and went and got it. Clearly, I the customer was an inconvenience. I’ve worked many a customer service job, I understand how exhausting they are. However, the job is to attend the customer. And despite it being a Saturday evening, the store was clearly not flooded with orders, and she failed to clarify if I wanted to lemon tea or regular so I had to leave with whichever she brought. I will definitely be thinking twice the next time I want to order from this location.

It's my favorite fast food pizza place. The variety of flavors and style satisfied my expectations.

The old lady who works on Sunday nights... she tells people why she comes an hour before closing and presses so you don't buy... because she wants to close the store early... super bad attitude!! I don't think he's a very bad person but it's time for him to go to a grandparent's home if he doesn't want to work!!
