Had the Creole Shrimp and I was definitely satisfied.My toddler lives the black beans and rice but he spilled it all over the ground in the restaurant last night. Thank you for taking care of that!

Always fresh. Affordable prices to feed your family and kids or just on a lunch break! Taste better than at some restaurants around south beach. Very nice and welcoming ladies taking and serving your orders on a timely matter! Real grilled juicy chicken, not baked, grilled!
After lengthy contemplation of the various menu choices, I decided on the classic Cuban sandwich, which did not disappoint. It far exceeded my expectations as far as flavor and portion size were concerned. It also was ready in a timely fashion, and the price didn't take a big bite out of my budget. Well done, Pollo Tropical!
Good place to go when looking for a drive thru where you can get a family meal. I recommend the roasted chicken, white rice, black beans and fried yuca family deal. UPDATE: I bought the new churrasco dinner for my father and he loved it!
