Margaritas Mexican - Methuen

We discovered this place by chance and, with low expectations, were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food and extensive beer selection. The atmosphere was amazing, but the service was lacking. There's plenty of parking available as well.

I frequently visit Margaritas and have always received good service. There's a Haitian waiter there who is very polite and attentive; he consistently checks in to see if I need anything else. They should hire more employees like him!

I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time the service has been exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent drink and food recommendations. They even provided extra beverage refills for our late-arriving guest. The food is consistently served hot and is well-prepared.

The food was craziness. The only thing worse was the service. We watched the waiter check in the tables around us and don't ask ourselves if we needed anything several times. When we decided we could not continue to try to eat the meal we left, largely untouched napkins on plates waiting for the check. After the waiter ignored us twice, we went to the Hostess Station to get our check. Finally, a manager of a kind came and gave the check to the wrong table. After sorting we were eager to pay and go. When we sent the check back, the manager? asked if we want cartons to take our food home? the food with used napkins on it. The good news is that they got good service around us, mostly, I guess because they drank alcohol. While alcohol is likely to drink you better service at Margarita?s, it will not improve the quality of food. Avoid, especially if not on a bar tab.

Poor customer service. Waiter was too busy flirting with another waitress to pay attention to us. Took forever for the waiter to move dirty cups and plates off the table. Drinks were good though. Spoke to the manager and he wasn?t any help. Said he wasn?t going to do anything about it. First and last time I?ll ever come to this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.
