Walk On's Sports Bistreaux Metairie

Elena at the Metairie location was an outstanding server! Drinks were refilled the second they ran out the food was fast and she had a lot of good advice on the menu. Not to mention she was one of the only waitresses smiling as if she was enjoying her job! This was my first visit and I'll be back for more. I highly recommend the cheese logs lol :

This is my second visit to Walk-Ons and if definitely didn't disappoint! To start, our waitress Juliana showed up to the table with a bright smile, a variety of suggestions (very knowledgeable about the drink and food menu), as well as the best customer service I've seen in a while. After requesting my martini a special way, the manager (Jason) made it just the way I like it! When checking on and clearing another table, I was able to tell him how great the drink was. Though Jason was very busy, he didn't rush off and made sure the drink was to my satisfaction. Patrick, another manager, who was also very busy, stopped by our table 3 times. I know....stellar customer service, right? Oh..and the food was great! This company is truly teaching their staff the write way to service a customer! Thank you!

All the staff are excellent (no doubt to Amanda’s management), but I was particularly impressed with Kristen. She struck the perfect balance between attentiveness while not being overbearing. I commend her for being so personable, friendly and engaging. As a hospitality industry professional, she is clearly exceptional. We’ll be back soon!

Great kitchen staff food excellent this place has great atmosphere

I would like to praise your veteran bar staff. Lets start with the fact that my buddy davidoser and I come to this establishment faithfully on a weekly basis. We receive excellent service and good conversation. I would like to commemorate the following bartenders for their great service: Taylor, Norma, Kim (ling ling/oriental lady) Michelle, and Jenna.
