Don Félix Café - Mesilla

Food is a little bit more pricey for the amount of food given. Ambiance is cute outside. Inside has a few tables with a cute mural. I was not honestly a fan of the food, but my friends liked their burgers. I got the carne asada taco.

Good wasn’t as advertised. Meat was dry, fries wasn’t crispy. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Waited 10 minutes before a waitress even acknowledged us party of 2. The restaurant was not busy. Four tables with 2 people each were being attended. Waitress finally came over and said we'd have to wait another 5 to 10 minutes before she could even take a drink order. I asked for water. She said she couldn't. A couple came in and sat down after us. I asked to speak to a manager. She said no. She went over, spoke to them, and took their drink order. I spoke to the manager. The manager was not interested in the issue. We left and will never return.

It is kinda sad when you go to a restaurant. You look at the menu, you ask what domestic beers they have. And they have none then you say. Okay, what imports do you have? They tell you, you order those, and they come back and say we don't have that either. The young lady that assisted us, she was amazing. She was great, but the management is very rude. And they don't seem like they really even wanna be open. No matter what we order, there was either a problem or they were out of it.

The meals are very beautifully prepared and delicious. A real treasure on the square in Old Mesilla. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options. The decaf coffee is delicious! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
