The service at this restaurant was exceptional and the food was prepared exactly as I requested - a perfectly cooked medium rare burger. What more could you ask for?

Walking into Boulders on Southern Bar and Grill feels like stepping back in time to classic American dining. The self-seating policy is a nice change from modern restaurants, focusing on the food and the company you're with. The bartender, Nick, is friendly and makes great drinks. The menu may seem simple, but the dishes are executed exceptionally well. The side salad was fresh and tasty, setting the stage for the delicious main course. The BBQ bacon cheeseburger was a perfect example of traditional American cooking, with juicy ground chuck on a pretzel bun. It's a place where even a well-traveled 52-year-old can appreciate the comfort and quality of the food.
