Ramen Sho - Meridian

The ramen was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The tonkotsu broth was incredibly flavorful. Our waitress was very attentive and kind! The only issue I had was that the menu didn’t mention the seaweed topping. The noodles were a bit undercooked and thicker than what I'm used to. However, the people I was with ordered the karaage, and they absolutely loved it.

Our first ramen experience and it was a good one. The waitress answered all our dumb questions (do all ramen come with noodles? and our food was out shortly after. She was super polite and friendly despite the lunch rush. We come back and trysomething different and see what we like. Would recommend and don't be afraid to ask dumb questions!

It's a decent place if you're looking for a bowl of soup with noodles or a rice bowl with chicken. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was good. It's worth a visit every now and then.

This restaurant is my sister's and my favorite spot to dine together whenever we have the chance. The broth, eggs, and noodles are all delicious, and the pork belly is extremely tender. Today, we tried four appetizers, and they were all fantastic. The pan-fried gyoza and cream cheese rangoons stood out as exceptional. The little ice cream balls are amazing and so tasty—I had a coffee-flavored one today, and I absolutely loved it!

The restaurant is decent if you're looking for a quick meal of noodles or a bowl of rice with some chicken. The menu is somewhat limited, but overall, it's a pleasant option for an occasional visit.
