Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls

Loved the Connecticut lobster roll, new england clam chowder, and the lobster mac and cheese. A great lunch stop while in the north.

If you’re in the mood for a lobster roll this is the place to go in Denver Colorado. I ordered the classic lobster roll and lobster bisque. I didn’t really like the lobster bisque because it was too salty for my taste. The meal was very filling.

Updated review: I previously had given this place 5 stars across the board however with every visit it seems the portions are smaller, the prices are higher and I am less and less satisfied afterwards. For starters, they no longer offer happy hour. This is a total bummer as the only time I 'm in the area is when I 'm walking the dog in the afternoon too late for lunch and too early for dinner, generally around 3:30. This was prime time for a discounted snack and I would always upgrade to the Bal Harbor which was extra meat. I always got a cup of soup and a drink as well, even with the happy hour this set me back just over $30.Now that happy hour is gone, the same order sets me back a few bucks extra without the drink and the real doozie is the Bal Harbor upgrade now is about the size of what the standard used to be. I get its lobster, but at the price theyre selling a roll at it needs to be a fatty. Service is friendly and the food is still good, but the smaller portions and lack of tail meat is a real bummer.

A great lobster roll for a very good price. Although, my favorite food there was the clam chowder. The staff was friendly and courteous.
