Corduroy's Pizza - Mentor

Update: I am changing my review as I feel it is necessary. It took awhile before I was willing to go back but I have been back a few times. My orders are being fulfilled timely now so it appears the couple of bad experiences I have had are over. Not sure what the issue was though I have a feeling it was staffing issues as most businesses have had since Covid. Love the spaghetti and meatball dinners with garlic bread. Wings are great too though I?m not crazy about the per pound pricing. Ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner and side order of garlic bread at 7. Was told 45-50 minutes. Went in at 7:49 and they hadn?t even started cooking it. Was obviously upset but was still respectful and didn?t raise my voice out at unreasonable and a girl comes out of the back and says the girl I was speaking to just got there which is obviously a lie as they close at 8. This isn?t the first time either. At least 3 times Ive been told a time to pick up my food and it?s never on time. This place has gone downhill since I?ve moved here in 2008 most notably when the new owner took over. Sad that the owner was in the back and didn?t explain why my food wasn?t ready and made a high school girl handle it. I?m done with this place.

Pizza crust was hard and over cooked. Hard to chew and tugging on it. The young man working don?t know the difference in a whole chicken wings and wing dings. He must have reminded me he could take my payment several time. I wasn?t going to dash I had no food. Was I looking a certain way. I had to ask if there was an up charge if I used my credit card. I was told yes. Therefore, I paid with cash I avoid fees. The appearance inside was less than I expected and undesirable not for me.

Great pizza served by a great local business. friendly attitude when i walked in, and the pizza was really good, its a very nice local pizza shop

Visited from out of town on our trip to Headlands Beach. Staff were super friendly and the food was very good! We even got a free bag of onion rings after one of the workers made too many. Would definitely recommend the Ranch pizza and the Alfredo pizza!
