Buffalo Wild Wings - Mentor

Nice family friendly restaurant, bartender is pretty nice and attentive. Food is always good, prices are great just hate they ask you if you want sour cream and such but don't tell you they charge $0.60 for it. Kinda felt cheated in that manner. Otherwise, I'll go back just know not to ask for condiments unless they are ones I actually want and use. Just said yeah because she asked thought it was included.Edit: so impressed she made the drink exactly how it was pictured and tasted great. Felt their bartender was overworked this time though.

Before the movie (over the street) we stopped for dinner. her eating is good and it was a Saturday night so they were busy, but many open tables. I also know they're making a lot. one of the 5 meal times was sadly cold. not room temperature, but cold. sent it back and said the server not to remake, as we soon had to leave for the film. the food had already about 40 minutes to receive. Now, from some strange ground she spoke to the manager who had hastened it so that the meal could be eaten hot. it was delivered with our neck? why? she asked for boxes so we could pack everything and make our film, she asked for the phone number to use our reward points for the meal. from any reason we have written it for them, but let them know that the situation was not well treated. let them also know that it would not affect their tipp, but we would not be back. why send them hot food that was sent back because it was long enough to get cold, just to put it in a box. we wounded just giving the cash box. better buffalo wild wings.

A great experience in buffalo wild wings I haven't had any more. I went to mentor in the Heisley area on the one hand and I must say that the tater is dead starter with pork from this world. food: 5/5

Bws has a full of tvs with various sports shows. sometimes it can be almost overwhelming. they also have classic bare food. the wings are still on the top of my list because of the aromen and recently I did not really try from them to other elements on the menu. the Caribbean Jerk is my favorite. the tickets and riders are quite consistent because my children are picky foods and they enjoyed that is usually a good barometer for quality. in the past, the burgers and chickens were also good. the service to sit can be slow and depending on how busy can often take some time, but eating always comes hot what is the key for me.

Normally we enjoy eating here, but tonight, our waitress, Hailey, couldn't seem to be bothered with us. She never brought flatware out so my husband had to go and get some, she was more worried about socializing than paying attention to her customers. She would hide in the storage room for 5-10 minutes at a time. There was so much time between us ordering our food and it coming to the table that we could have just walked out. We didn't. Now I completely understand if it was a busy night, but it wasn't at all. She simply didn't want anything to do with us.
