Fat Happy Bbq - Memphis

Absolutely some of the best barbecue I’ve ever eaten! We stopped at Fat Happy BBQ I wanna drive back to Houston. That means we could’ve stopped anywhere in Texas for Barbecue craving. we stopped here and we weren’t disappointed in the least. This is the best barbecue I’ve ever had. Of course the true test is how does it taste before covering it up with sauce. The brisket was moist, wonderfully spiced, and just delicious!!!! the owner even threw in a sample South Carolina pulled pork and that was just as delicious! Make the stop!! Delicious food and kind generous people!!!!

Exactly what I hoped for as a northerne trying real Texas bbq for first time plenty of flavor didn't need a dab of sauce. The owner was friendly and the portions where great.

Man oh man when do I even start! The entire menu is GOOD!!! Brisket sandwiches bomb af!!! Loaded baked Potato super tasty!!!! Sides also great!! I’ve had a lot of BBQ but Fat&happyBBQ 100% one of my top BBQ spots the only problem that I have is that I wish they were closer to Dallas

Went there in oct 2021, and they were sold out of meat, so we got the catfish basket for a cheap $11! and oh my, it's unexpectedly so good and they gave lots. totally impressed. if you are driving thru, go check out their food. i am guessing their bbq must be top notched too. i did a review on my youtubechannel if you wanna see it.
