Hooters - Melrose Park

I placed a to go order, the pick up time was scheduled for 9:45 my husband waited over 30 minutes, and when he got home the food was cold and the fries which is the main thing my kids eat were missing.

Made a reservation for 5:30pm, at 6:30 we requested our food to-go because we still hadn’t received our order, at 7:00 we asked if our food had even been started, it had not. We were advised at that time that the kitchen was short staffed. I feel we should have been told when we were sat that there may be a significant delay so we could decided if we wanted to stay. We had our 5 year old and 5 month old with us, if 0 stars was an option I would choose that. Worst hooters experience ever!

“Book a table” booked an hour on advance. I come “it’s still a 45 minute wait…” how does that even work.

I was in Saturday around 930pm a group of 6 . We got sat down to a table and 15 min past all the workers pass by ignoring us. No one came to our table to take our order so after 20 min sitting with awful service no one around “supposedly “. We decided to leave when we did one work said thank you have a good night ? Like come on you saw us sit there without being attended !!.

Did carryout, wings good. Fried pickles very good. Check order before leaving.
