Lanna Thai Restaurant - Melbourne

This restaurant in Melbourne has the best food. It's delicious and perfect for sharing. We always order extra to take home and freeze. It's been our favorite for years.

First, let's start with the positives. The food at this restaurant is outstanding. Each dish we tried was delicious and truly tasted like authentic Thai cuisine. However, on the downside, we felt that the table service could definitely use some improvement. We waited patiently for someone to take our drink order, and even when they finally came to our table, we were surprised that they didn't ask if we wanted more drinks. After flagging them down for another round, they ended up forgetting to bring it to us. Despite this, I would still recommend dining at this restaurant. Just be sure to remind the staff to keep your drinks coming.

I had a great experience at Lanna Thai with delicious food and top-notch service. The restaurant offers great value for money, and I will definitely return in the future.

Lunch during the week. The place was full with people from the university and hospitals. Clearly the place simply doesnt care about its patrons. To be fair on the staff they were run off their feet but really this is no excuse because they knew how many had booked. It took a long time to take our order. The food came in dribs and drabs, some people were served 30 min after others. They got orders wrong because they were rushing to take the order. The food was ordinary quality. The serve sizes were very small. I say it again it is clear this restaurant doesnt care about its clients.

Amazing fresh tasty food, favorite meal in Melbourne on a month trip. Cosy restaurant and nice vibe. Didn't have to wait very long for meals either
