Kaprica - Melbourne

This was a special booking to mark a significant annual and proposal! in the future a statement declared the closure due to the cook covid, fair enough, but not even a courtesy call in the aftermath is not on how I ranked and...left a message 3 times important, I had to follow with a call after the ruined night I had arranged to explain what could be done and kindly asked if something could be done to instead of this experience. I think the owner who claims to have 24 years experience in hospo said that it was purely a mistake that my booking was never taken along, with and how dare I ask something about location and location, and it is a first world problem in view of the current climate. yes covid has many effects, but this is beyond a sweat. do not go here if they actually wanted to be treated with any respect, like a patron, and little do they know that I am a more regular who does not want to be re-used with customers or love.

A few of us have sat in this restaurant with low expectations for a casual night outside. the waiting staff was a bit slow from the brand, as we had to ask for water several times and ask for another place. we were informed that there was no bread left. then they ran out of gnocchi after we had ordered 10 minutes earlier. then the “wine glasses” that are like the water glass were hot, fresh from the dishwasher. then they put the olives on the table to spill something wein. we wanted to give a few feedback as we paid to the waitress to have the owner/manager button by accusing us of “ getting the looking for a freebie” and was incredibly rude. has never spoken to a restaurant employee with me and my friends on these wise. we have a negative feeling about the place and will never return. a simple confirmation is everything we were, would not recommend.

The restaurant has good feeling to it. Also all pizzas and the pasta we ordered was very good! Highly recommend!

We had pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. Our waitress and everyone in the restaurant were so friendly. The food was plentiful, but the flavor was kind of bland. It's hard to find Kaprica, with the construction going on around it, but it was a perfect...place to get out of the rain and relax a bit. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. If you don't like spicy Italian food, this is the place to go.

I couldn't come to Melbourne without having great Italian my sister suggested we go here and I was very happy with her suggestion. We were there on a Saturday night it was very busy but we still managed to get a seat. Delicious Food and...drinks especially the Margerita Pizza. Great Prices and great staff so it was a great Saturday Night out . You definately need to visit asap!
