My wife and I popped into Olio's for lunch. My wife had been here earlier and had a really good meal, so we went stomping through the alleys to find this joint. We had the dips before our lunch. They were all quite beige in colour (which is fine, but wife wanted colour), and we didn't know what flavour was each of the three dips. We had fun guessing, but were too chicken to ask what they were in case we got them wrong. I like all three, but wife liked one. Nice dips, but too much for the two of us with a lunch meal too.Wife had a chicken and avocado toasted sanga, and I had the steak sandwich. We both found them nice to eat, but just a bit too plain (sorry Olio). The chips were great, which was a bonus. For the steak sanga, it was a good eat. I would like to give it 3 1/2 stars, but I don't think I can.The service was top notch. The lady was friendly, helpful, and timely.I'd go back for lunch again.
I always feel welcomed and comfortable dining alone at Olio Cucina. The food is consistently fresh and of great quality, and the staff is friendly. I love the unique movie wall decor.
This quaint little Italian cafe in Block Place is gorgeous. The food is delicious, and the service is fantastic. Unfortunately we were unable to book ahead, which would have improved our stay slightly, but we were able to secure a table for six for brunch without a hitch. The staff were great, and let us celebrate our friends' 21st birthday in style. Fantastic place, absolutely loved it.
Quaint restaurant in the bustling lane ways of Melbourne. The breakfast menu accommodated all dietary requirements and the chef was only to happy to make minor alterations to make the customer happy. The corn fritters and french toast were delicious. The staff were very friendly and obliging. We would definitely return.
