GG Restaurant & Wine Bar - Melbourne

Prices have gone up but service has not improved, still have to ask for the wine to be filled up water refilled etc. At these prices I will go elsewhere even though it’s on my doorstep.

I'm a huge fan of traditional Italian food simple ingredients combined and cooked with plenty of flavour. GGs delivers a menu packed full of dishes that meet this brief. I wanted to try everything. We'll be back.

My business partner and I had an exceptional Christmas lunch there, the food and waitress were fabulous top class

GG was excellent and, as requested, they gave us a great table overlooking the park. We were late due to major traffic hold ups and needed to get to a specialist appointment nearby. Staff were unphased and understanding about our late arrival and coped well with our reduced timeframe, bringing our meals quickly and with no fuss. We highly recommend GGs. Given the reduced timeframe, we only had entrees/starters, which were lovely and there was good choice for vegetarians.
