Slow Low Bbq Viera - Melbourne

See below Update First visit to the Viera site. Had the taste for Brisket and decided to drive to Slow Low in Viera. I ate Cocoa Beach and wished they had a location in South Melbourne North Palm Bay. I had the Brisket Sandwich with Fried Okra and Mac Cheese (Homestyle). I shared the sandwich to make it open so I could use (2 of their BBQ sauces. One was a must and the other was vinegar based and both were delicious! As much as I love BBQ, I have no chance to eat it as much as I want because there are not many really good BBQ sites here in the area... at least I know! I'm still open to finding other BBQ spots. Update (11.05.22) Another visit, but this time it was a bit disappointing. After this visit, I had to ask if my brisket was actually brisket!?? I had recently read a review or two that just happened to mention the same possible observation, but I did not take it seriously. I have to... seriously reconsider! As a brisket fan I really have a pot roast flavor and consistency... I don't think it was Brisket, and I even had to take away a star in the review. I will try them again if not for something else, but to see if the next Brisket sandwich is actually brisket and I hope for better results, but if not, on the next! My family and I came tonight for dinner 11/26) at 8:20. When we moved up there were no cars in the parking lot. As soon as we went in all the chairs, the tables were stacked because the employees were cleaning. I asked if they were closed, they close at 10) the person sitting on us, bothered that we wanted to dive in. After sitting we stood up and left before we make our order because we did not feel welcome from the moment we came in. We stopped going to the cocoa beach because the food quality had become extremely poor. Unfortunately, it now looks like we're not getting to this place anymore. Update. I guess you take time to react, but obviously you haven't read the review. I said we came to the left shortly because we were treated. We left before we had a chance to order! You must be attention to detail on the customer not to make generic Google responses

Friday night here. I was surprised as most places are usually quite busy. It wasn't. I ordered the smoked turkey, Mac and cheese, and it came with maize bread muffins. The smoked turkey came out a little strange. Most BBQ joints are cut the smoke trick. That was pulled smoked turkey. It was so dry that I had to drown it in BBQ sauce just to get it down. The Mac and the cheese were all right, but the very cafeteria felt. Don't expect me to fill the maize brotmuffins, I have two and they were slightly larger than grapes.

We hired Slow N Low to receive our local wedding reception at 6/24/22. All in all, they did a pretty good job. The bartender was kind and did a great job. The food was punctual, tasty and hot. The biggest farewell, however, was the order of Macn cheese (my absolute favorite and a crowd gift for the children present) only to get potato salad from which I am no fan at all. Not to mention the disappointment. The participants said it was very good, so it is at least good. Absolutely try it!

I was really looking forward to trying this place. When my wife and I arrived we were seated immediately and our drinks came in a timely manner. I ordered a milk and the cup was filthy. I told my waitress and she brought another one and explained that whole rack needed to be washed and apologized. We ordered the fried green tomatoes and it was hot and delicious. My wife and I ordered the combination bbq. When mine came out the potato salad and the bread had several black hairs in it. Again the waitress replaced it. The chicken was way to dry . The pork and the brisket was flavorless and tough. Nicole S. I do understand your cooks can't please everybody and your sorry it's not up to my standards and hope I find a place that can please me. But honestly I was just looking for something decent without the hair in my food and some clean plates and cups to go with my meal. However your staff was very polite and attentive.
