Chipotle Mexican Grill - Melbourne

The portion of my steak was quite satisfactory, and it was completely topped with cheese.

I ordered two items, and unfortunately, both arrived cold and poorly packaged, despite having paid for express delivery. The chips were drenched in so much salt that I feel like I might have high blood pressure from just one! Out of the batch, there were only 4-5 decent chips and around 30-35 stale ones. Overall, my $40 order was completely spoiled by terrible customer service and a lack of care in food preparation. Also, there were absolutely no napkins or plastic utensils included, even though I had ordered a bowl.

The food lacked flavor and was completely unseasoned. The rice was overcooked and had very little cilantro, and one of the bowls didn’t include any sour cream. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla Hack, there was no cheese or fajita veggies, the steak was dry and the whole quesadilla was super hard. I literally had to drive to the store which defeats the purpose ofDoor Dash. Disappointed!

I wish I could submit a photo the tacos I ordered are literally empty a couple strings of meat and cheese empty as could be and I got guacamole instead of the queso that I ordered this chipotle never gets anything right
