Mcdonald's - Medina

For the price we pay these days, they should put more effort into making the food look more like the pics they advertise instead of handing us slop that looks like it came freshly out of a cud bucket. Restaurant was clean inside...this was the 1st time I experienced a clean booth in a LONG time. My guess it was because they were having an employee meeting of sorts so some important people were there. Normally one sticks to almost everything ?On a brighter note, the fries were fresh and salted perfectly.

I used a code for a drink and they were out of the drink. They took the code so I couldn't use it at a different place. They kept taking the first line and not the second.

This was my first time stopping by at this location for food and coffee in the morning. I get Saturdays can be stressful and busy. But I had ordered food for me and my fiance and waited over 15 minutes to recieve my food from when I ordered it. I watched as 10-12 cars that were behind me get their food and drinks and leave.. then when the girl brought my food out, she forgot my caramel frape so she said I'll go in and make that real quick. Okay another minute or so not bad.. WRONG! She took over 5-10 minutes to bring my drink out.. why, oh because she brought 2 other orders with her. Why do I have to wait when I've already waited 20 minutes at this point to get order.. I spent almost 40$ here and got the worst service.. the manager Ryan wanted to just remake the food since at this time it was cold, I will NOT be coming back to this location. Horrible service!! GO TO THE MCDONALDS IN MEDINA FOR BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE!!

Kiosk should not ask for a table number. Having to go find a table before you order, or in my case ordering first then not being able to pay at the counter, or skip the table number and just be handed the food. Long story short, waited 15 min for a large coke and small fries, and had to type a random table close to kiosk as where we were sitting was in the play area, and our table didn't have a number.
