Firehouse Subs - Medford

Worst experience we've ever had and we were the only ones for a good minute. It was 5 minutes before someone came out of the back to take our order, the employees argue with each other, don't know what was going on with orders. They made our meatball wrong and then it was about it and this girl with the worst attitude I have ever seen COUGHS on her and CONTINUED to fight it. When something was said to her, she began to flee and sneak things behind the counter. When we were asked for a manager, we were told that they didn't know who the manager was in service. In any case, not what we expect from a place like Firehouse and only a bad representation of the company as a whole.

Here I am unrealisticly slow. Even working with 4 employees, it takes a lot of time to finish orders. If time is a factor in your food experience, this is definitely not the place to go.

Love coming here to have a Firehouse Club with the Romaine and Cajin Mayo options, just pure yummyness!!! ??

Did not like the soggy sandwich. Charged $1.50 for 4oz or 6 small sauteed mushrooms that where cold and tasted like they just came out of a Can with no flavor. So disappointed for this over priced sandwich. Cashier was nice but the lady making the sandwiches had I don't care attitude.
