Long John Silver's - Mechanicsburg

I have never waited in line for 15 minutes with only 4 people in front of me at a restaurant before. They only took 2 orders and then left. It was quite amusing.

The food at this restaurant was delicious, but I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. Many other customers also requested refunds and left due to the long wait. It was very disappointing. I have been a loyal fan of LJS for a long time, but unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this particular location.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I was disappointed to sit at the drive-thru ordering station for several minutes, only to be scolded instead of greeted politely when I said hello. I also noticed that the shrimp bowl I enjoyed in Altoona two weeks ago was not available at this location. Despite there being only one car ahead of me in line, the wait for my food was longer than expected. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. I have dined at Long John Silver's in Altoona and Pittsburgh many times without any issues.

Everytime I come through, the staff doesnt say anything at drive thru. Then after waiting a few mins I have to say hello, only to be greeted with a rude lady that yells Give me a minute! Then I sit and wait and nothing. They had one car in drive thru. I LOVE Ljs but everytime i make a soecial trip Im disappointed with ghetto, horrible service. I left, they lost a few customers!!!

The absolute worst around. it should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way over priced for how bad it is. Overly greasy double fried, sits too long, hush puppies are hard, fries were cold. Every time. Need new owners that care about quality for the price they charge.
