A variety of good American food, albeit slightly slower, can be enjoyed at this permanent stand located in Trinity Kitchen. While most establishments in the area cater to quick lunches for busy individuals, this particular vendor requires a bit more patience due to the wait time. However, the wait is definitely worth it. True to its name, this place specializes in ribs. Although their chicken wings and other dishes may be delicious, I find myself always ordering the ribs because they are consistently excellent. I typically opt for the BBQ ribs meal, which includes a generous portion of crispy fries. Additionally, customers are provided with plenty of napkins and a lemony wet wipe to clean up after digging into the messy, yet delectable, meal. Overall, this is not a dining experience for those averse to getting their hands dirty, but for me, messy food often equals the most delicious food.
