Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I dined at the restaurant this evening and ordered dinner for my family. My burger was quite flavorful, but the fries were excessively salty. My daughter liked her meal as well, though she encountered the same issue with her fries. Unfortunately, my husband's dish was rather disappointing; it looked like a poorly assembled McDonald's hamburger, lacking toppings and charred, including the bun. I had clearly requested no jalapeños on his burger, but he ended up with a completely plain one, which was not what we ordered. Overall, my family and I left feeling dissatisfied. I understand that this location is new, but the whole experience was quite frustrating.

As I was finishing up, I did notice someone finally restocking the napkin dispenser, but that was the extent of the cleaning efforts. He didn’t even attend to the mess near the Braum's sauce dispenser. Overall, the place was quite negligent in its upkeep.

This is one of the cleanest Braums I have ever visited. I was impressed by how quickly the food was served. However, I found the taste of the food and drinks to be underwhelming. My limeade lacked enough sweet lime flavor, the burger was rather bland, and my malt milkshake had very little malt flavor. Overall, everything was lacking in flavor.

I ordered the grilled chicken, and it arrived with only five small strips on a bowl that was mostly filled with lettuce. It looked nothing like the picture. I felt like I was paying for a large bowl of lettuce with just a little bit of chicken. To make things worse, the chicken was cold, tough, and tasted overcooked. Not a single piece was tender enough to chew easily. I sincerely hope they make improvements. I'll wait a few months before giving them another try.

If the service had been quick and accurate, I might have been able to overlook these problems, but the distractions impacted both the speed and quality of our service. Considering the current costs of dining out, there are many other places where we can spend our money, and I won't be coming back here anytime soon.
