Pizza Hut - Mauston

I am a truck driver and I have been stopping here for years, always a pleasant experience until today! Called to place a order of wings and a large pizza, the young lady who took my order was very nice, but there was a miss communication where I asked for traditional bone in wings but she mistakenly gave me boneless wings, which is no problem at all, called and spoke to a young man who was more than willing to rectify the error and even told me there’s no need to bring back the boneless wings even after I told him, I don’t eat boneless chicken and that I will give it to my puppy, he said ok, 5 mins later he calls me back and says his manager “DAVE” said it’s mandatory that I bring back the boneless wings to get the wings I actually ordered, even with my receipt at hand! at this point you should’ve taken that up with your employee who already said to keep the wings. Dave you should not be a manager! Maybe take some lessons first. It was all just a simple error and your team already had it resolved! Horrible example! And even worst customerservice dave!

Very pleased with our experience here, the food was great and our server Brittany was excellent! We will be back here soon!

We just got the pizza box deal. Was disappointed that most of it was more cold then warm.

Third time I've ordered and when we get our order, half if not more of the order is missing. When i called. All i heard was yup they are sitting here. No apology... Nothing. For the price we pay.... They should be paying us for our gas to drive there twice. Won't be ordering again for a while

To cold in the building but food is great . To go is great. Delivery is great. The Chicken wings are my favorite garlic parmajhon and meat pizza pan crust garlic butter crust.Parking: Many spots to parkWheelchair accessibility: Good spots and easy to get to.
