Chicken Salad Chick - Matthews

I was there before they closed at 7:30 and just as I was reaching to open the door, the worker clicked the lock shut. Really just wanted premade chicken

I did a curb side pick up and the employees was so nice on helping me find the store. I got the buffalo chicken salad and man it was so good. So spicy,but I love it. I will continue to order from this location. Staff was very friendly.

I just wish there was a location in Indian Trail. They close early, and it's tough when you work till 6 and fight the traffic to make it. But it's so delicious!

The night manager went above and beyond. I ordered through door dash and they forgot my soup. I'm sick and was looking forward to it. She even offered to deliver to my house. I had to decline because I know she has a business to run. But all I can say is wow. I love this place and they never disappoint. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!!

I had not been to Chicken Salad Chick in a while, so I decided to treat myself. In all fairness the chicken salad was okay, but it wasn't as good the first time I went there last year. The portion size has gotten so small, it's not worth the money to me. I won't be going back that's for sure.
