Caffe Il Boschetto - MATERA

We happened by chance, in a very hot day of September, we wanted to rest a little and drink something fresh. We talked to this lady, who seemed to me at the first impact. It's because he called us to stop at lunch. It was a great decision. simple but excellent cuisine and right prices. She's really good at cooking. during lunch the lady also turned out very nice, soft and sweet, we felt pampered and when we left she also gave us fruits and pizzas. Let's hope you'll come back to see her someday. . the sweet I took was pure annarita and geranium magic

The host is a wonderful, very friendly person. the chocolate cake was delicious, the lasagne and pizza were in order. we even have a free taste of homemade limoncello, which was the best I ever had.

Great little place hidden in the park, away from the tourists in Matera. My boyfriend and I stopped here because everything else was closed (it was around 5pm). Highly recommended! The lady who runs the restaurant was super sweet too.
