Owner François Bouchard partners with the best chefs in and around Montreal to bring you incredibly fresh produce and mushrooms foraged from the forest. Chef Nancy Hinton creates dishes that have a remarkably pure flavor. They are original yet not overpowering, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The ambiance is rustic, but the food is exceptional. Baking such exquisite bread in a small oven is truly impressive!
Wow! Everything here is sourced from the earth. The mushrooms are extraordinary, and the dishes are fantastic. I can't stop dreaming about the dessert! Everything is made with love and high quality. It’s a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the trip. Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Dinner Price per Person: $100.

This is hands down the best dining experience I've had. Every dish was absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.
