All this time I have passed by Subway I thought it was two Subway in the same location. The place has two doors to come inside.I order through the Subway app. I will say that I was able to pick up my order earlier than expected. My order was prepared the way I wanted it to be. Parking at this location is difficult. A small space which automobiles tend to park too closely to the next spot.
Placed order on DoorDash and it doesn't give you option to add any instructions. Just wanted to make they they put extra chipotle sauce so instead I tried calling three times . They didn't answer of course. Asked DoorDash driver to ask them to atleast out on the side of sand which was made. They couldn't or didn't do it . Poor service and lazy If you hate your job just quit
HORRIBLE ! They are not friendly, the tall young man that works there is rude, makes the sandwiches messy, puts the least amount of tops he can and they charge you for extra veggie's on a vegetarian sandwich ! Will never spend my money at this Subway again ! I would rather drive down to the next subway with better service. I hate stingy rude service, if i could give this subway a negative 5 i would !!
Customer services is by far the poorest of any subways in the Bay Area. The two guys that work there don 't say hi or anything. They just look at you with a blank stare, waiting for you to start ordering. They definitely seem to skimp on the portions compared to other Subways. Also, they don 't accept any Subway coupons. The one and only positive is that the store is always clean, and when you come by during non-peak hours there 's never anyone there.
