Iles et the une fois - Marseillan

A little gem of a restaurant. Fresh and delicious food at a reasonable price. The owners are kind and attentive. A great place for lunch. Varied menu.

Having read the reviews, i was lookimg forward to trying a new restaurant in Marseillan. The Sri Lankan curry was simply chicken floating in a gloopy gravy, nothing like the promised delicate flavours. Thai chicken curry had no depth of flavour, no subtle spices and no authenticity. Really disappointing given the reviews from previous diners.

A pleasure to find a small restaurant offering something other than a standard three course menu. Great value home cooked food with wonderful flavours. Tagine and thai curry were very were great dishes. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend.

Tasty dishes in a pleasant environment with very friendly owners. No matter what we have chosen so far - we never have been disappointed, nor did our guests. As we like our food spicy, just ask for "bien rélevé" and there you go. One of our favorites is the Thai Curry.
