Wendy's - Marlborough

I have to say that this BY far is the best wendys! . They actually cook the Burgers properly! Not over cooked . They hang over the bun as they are supposed to ! The food is always hot and the drive thru is fast!

The food was luke warm. It was so cold that the people preparing the food had their jackets on. Neither soda machine was working and there was a huge puddle on the floor in front of them...which you had to walk through to get extra napkins, straws and ketchup. They advertise on TV $5 biggie bags..not true in this store. We stopped going to the Westborough store because of cold food so I guess Wendy's is out for us.

They gave me the wrong order and when I complained about it the lady who was taking the order was so rude to me and didn’t want to change my order. Then she called the manager who also wasn’t really helpful because she didn’t do anything about it and said I couldn’t get my money back so I had to pay for stuffs that I didn’t want to. Obs when the window closed they laughed at me.

Fastest most efficient crew. Everything was clean they were very organized. The place was packed i came in with my husband and 1yr old. There was a line and the dining room was 1/4 full. I ASSumed I would be waiting but we barely sat down and they called us. If every fast-food place ran like this, there would be allot of fat happy Americans ?Kid-friendliness: There were high chairs but no changing station

Price gouging beyond belief, this is not inflation. There isn't a double cheeseburger in the world worth $8. $8 for a double cheeseburger, just the burger!!! I will never go to another Wendy's in my life. Amazing how you're just like every other fast food. There isn't anything that separates you from the others! I will also be telling everybody I know to stay away from wendy's, we all need to start eating back at home anyway. Your food is garbage
