Starbucks - Marlborough

The longest starbucks i’ve ever gone to. Don’t come here.

My hot chocolate had about three inches of foam! Might as well charged me a size down. Baristas were busy on their phones and there were definitely sanitary concerns with their lack of hand washing.

This is a brand new Starbucks. Beautiful and specious on the inside with lots of comfortable seating.And as always, super friendly baristas who make yummy drinks ?

Today they were out of ice for iced drinks. A little frustrating as we are getting into warmer weather.

Worst Starbucks ever! Cashier talks down to people and in front of everyone in line which shows her immaturity and rudeness! Also could not make a drink that has been made before and advertised on their own blackboard! It's your job to know how to make it and if you can't then don't advertise it! Use to be great going there but now with new employees rotated in it's awful!
