Contribuiți la feedbackThe girl opened today got bare attitudes. No greetings, just standing at the cash register. I told her my order and she goes, “oh we don’t have any teas yet. We just opened.” So they didn’t prepare teas early for opening and still got the audacity to give people attitude amazes me.
I ordered Hokkaido milk tea with grass jelly and specifically asked for it to be less sweet. Unfortunately, it was too sweet, and the jelly was one large piece that I couldn't even get through the straw. I requested an exchange, but they refused.
I purchased the two-for-ten-dollar drinks and unfortunately, there was no option to request no ice. As a result, our drinks were filled with 75% ice. Even before the ice melted, the drinks were quite watered down and lacked a strong tea flavor. We were disappointed, especially since Ten Ren is known for its high-quality tea leaves. Additionally, the service and staff attitude were not up to par.
Excellent customer service! The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my drink selection. I would definitely love to come back!
One star is still probably too much for this shop.That Asian mandarin speaking Karen with the ugly false eyelashes served customers with extremely poor service. Me and my girl friend went there for the ice tea and we forgot to get the straw. We tried to ask them for the straw and got refused. She said it’s for their customers. We got confused because we just bought it a minute ago. Management team, please, if someone begged for a job, they might be doing well in the interview. Once those people got hired, they started to act rude and failed to fulfill what they promised when they begged for the job. Just get them fire without paying them any compensation like most of the Asian companies. Let them go and make your business better in the future. All the best.
