Contribuiți la feedbackThe app didn't work properly. as soon as we were there they were super slow. I should have ordered you from the counter or went through. these customers were long gone while I was waiting. not the signature for which they are known.
First, they are getting skimpy on the food. My fries are now half empty when I receive them and so are the salads. I know we are in recession but if the prices are going up, the amount of food we receive can't go down! Also, I must also mention that this location has been making too many mistakes lately. The amount of times I have had to drive back because they forgot something is more then I would of liked. It didn't use to be this way. I have been coming here for a long time. I am hopeful they will pull it together.
This is NOT what I ordered/ paid for. This English muffin tasted disgusting compared to the biscuit I was supposed to get. What’s worse is that it’s labeled correctly. Like how hard is it?
The young lady with the red hair, small bun on top of her head and two strands hanging in the front of her face was very rude. I was calling out to get her attention and even pulled my mask down and she completely ignored me and 2 other employees turned around from another areas so I know she heard me. She was already in there looking like she didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t the only one. The others were nice nasty but they helped. I know you all are busy and you know you that you’re working in customer service. Go to the back take a break and come back out because the rudeness and working in customer service is unacceptable.
Ordered a spicy deluxe with no cheese. Label says “spicy deluxe w/no cheese”. I got a spicy deluxe with cheese. the large fry was more of a smedium fry.
