A hidden gem in the heart of Manvel! The burnt ends are in a league of their own—simply amazing. The ribs practically fall off the bone. The potato salad was excellent, and the beans were even better. I highly recommend Old Bucs for all your weekend BBQ cravings. Thank you for making our visit truly memorable!

I visited this area for the first time and was on the lookout for some BBQ. After reading positive reviews, I knew I had to give it a try. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to placing our order. We opted for the family-style pound servings, and it did not disappoint. Both the children and adults enjoyed the meal immensely. The BBQ sauce was sweet and absolutely delicious, and the spices blended perfectly with it. We sampled the turkey, brisket, and sausage. While I found the brisket a bit fatty for my taste, others really enjoyed it, noting how tender and juicy it was. The sausage was spot on, and the turkey had a nice crunchy spice on the edges. The mac and cheese and potato salad were homemade and very flavorful. We will definitely be back!

The interior has been redesigned for a more efficient ordering process, and the seating area has been upgraded, giving it an overall fresh look. The jukebox offers an amazing selection of music, and the best part is, it's free! I knew I was in the right spot when I walked in and heard Robert Earl, a local Houston favorite, playing. The owners are welcoming and eager to chat, which adds to the friendly atmosphere. The kitchen staff is attentive and always greets customers with smiles. I absolutely love their brisket, and the burnt ends are not drenched in some sugary sauce like at other places. The jalapeño cheese link was excellent. I highly recommend stopping by!
