Chili's Grill - Manteca

Have to say this was probably some of the worst service I’ve ever had…our waiter took our drink orders and only 3/4 drinks got delivered and he took a decent bit of time before taking our order. When placing my order I ordered another drink and requested no sour cream. When our food finally showed up, I instead had only sour cream and no pico which is what I wanted in the first place. We had to flag him down to request just a small bit of pico and ask about the drink we also ordered. He said he was on it….but in fact was not. He seemed like he was half asleep and didn’t ever ask us if we needed refills or anything else and I ended up not getting my drink until after everyone at our table had finished our meals. He ended up not charging for the drink but also never brought out the pico that was requested either. And not to mention that the quesadilla was soggy and I could have easily made a better one at home lol….honestly will probably never return as that was the biggest waste of money and an overall frustrating experience.

We came in 30 mins til closing the service was still great!!!! I wish we got our waiters name!!! ?

Food was REALLY GOOD...However the mens restroom was a lil nasty and the door hinges in the mens restroom were loose.

Great Location! I stopped by for lunch and was shocked although they where busy our food and drinks came very quickly ! Employees are wonderful as well ! Thank you for making my stop worth it !
