Southern Classic Chicken - Mansfield

No hot sauce. It would be 5 stars if y'all offered hot sauce. How you gonna sell chicken and not have hot sauce? Blasphemy! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I'm not from here just out here traveling for work, I'm a Sous Chef for a remote disaster catering company and I was told southern classic is the best chicken in town, well my experience was far from that. I came to your location around 3:52 p.m The Cashier Lakeisha F. Came on the speaker but I asked for a second while figuring out my order why either her or another employee said dang they don't know what they want, No I don't I'm not from here and I wanted to get enough chicken for 2 days. The whole time while taking my order Lakeisha was laughing as she take my order and repeat it back, that was very disrespectful and lack of professional customer service. Once payed for I get to the next window to get my food and the lady hands me a big box and small box in hand, no bag, no napkins, no ketchup or nothing, I had to ask for this which this should automatically be given. They need to do better with customer service, better restaurant experience and loving their job because lack of happiness of your job shows toward your customers. Once getting to my room my rolls was hard quess they were sitting under hot lamp or something hot , chicken was dried out, I got a 10pcs and out of that I had 5 piece that was best to eat, fries were fried too hard My ticket order number was 346. I thought it was just me but some of my Co-worker's went a couple hrs later and had some bad experience aswell, Management needs to step in and intervene because this isn't the experience you want from out of town visitor's, Just My Opinion.

OMG!!! If you can get to one, don't hesitate!! And that fried okra!!! Lawdy! But I've been told, to get this quality, it has to be the one in Mansfield. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
