Sonic Drive-in - Manning

Okay so today I can here and ordered a dirty Dr Pepper drink and a turtle truffle nut blast first thing I notice was wrong was that when I payed for it and I clearly saw it went thru they said it didn’t. I told them that it did go thru and for them to look. After I told her that she hat her eyes and gave me my drink but then told me to pull up front for my turtle truffle nut blast. I had no problem doing that so I pulled forward and waited a good 15 minutes. As I was waiting I saw people getting MEALS VERY QUICKLY AND I HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE WASTING MY GAS FOR A *SMALL* TURTLE TRUFFLE NUT BLAST. After those 15 minutes I start to get pissed and went in there and ask where is my small turtle truffle nut blast. They said they haven’t worked on it and I said so y’all was just gonna let me waist my gas money and stand out there for nothing. Then a rude ghetto lady came up and ask what the problem was. I told her what the problem was and she had bat her eyes and handed me a LARGE turtle truffle nut blast. Then I asked if I can get me money back because this didn’t make sense and then she tried to argue with me and then another lady just gave me the money and told me to have a nice day. This place always has something worng with the people in there. Poor management get a new manager.

The food was hot and tasted fresh. The desserts were amazing! The service was spot on...I ordered ahead ; They didn't hold back on serving size either.

My only complaint is getting a chili hotdog that has very lil chili on

The Sonic app gave us some trouble, but the owner was incredibly understanding and made it all right. She was very helpful, and obviously takes purpose in providing the best customer experience she can, as well as a great working environment for her employees!

I ordered lemade/strawberry slushie.i live in Santee and when I hit interstate I realized it was cherry.. next time I'm asking for replacement.
