Contribuiți la feedbackI recently visited the store and was charged $1.50 for cream cheese I did not receive. I have received the company by e-mail via the email address found on its website by e-mail and have not received any reply. Two emails were sent to request a refund. Sure, it's $1.50, and in my younger years I would have accepted it as a lost money. As a customer who was calculated for something extra, however, I expect the desired product and calculate myself. While this can be only $1.50, it is still product not received and income goes into the business bags that adds for them. I asked for a refund by email and did not receive a reply. And for those who wonder why I did not review my order before I left, the answer is simple; Decorating a sandwich in the middle of a restaurant to check what I paid is not something a customer must ever do. I understand that mistakes are made, but it is the blatant disregard of the business to recognize even the failure of the order.
I ordered a bagel w/cream cheese and salmon (lox) and it took 20 minutes to get ready. There were more workers waiting than customers, and that was still the case. A few behind me also waited 20 minutes to get her order wrong. I can not only see this place limited to me and my question after the experience I had.
A good business, but the main card reader is so slow and old that I can not help think that the owner does not pay attention to updating their employees with newer technology. If I, the customer, have to deal with outdated technology, what are other things outdated that I cannot see?
Best breakfast in town. Mike B. and the staff work hard to use the best baked goods in Southbay and beyond. Bagels, biscuits, incredible sourdough loaves, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, fresh juice, coffee drinks... They call it, they have it. A large place with a lot, though parking. Enjoy!
Excellent food, bad bad bad service. I ordered Veggie Sandwich, bagel, scone, coffee and orange juice which the cashier in the mustard t-shirt and a beanie suggested was fresh which is so so so untrue. So I went and told him buddy the juice you suggested is not fresh and he goes like we are told it is fresh and how do you know if it is or not. So I told him wow didn't know this is how you question your customers, now regarding how i know because I buy and make them all the time and it is not orange color sugar water which is what this was.
