El Charro Mexican - Mangum

I just called to inquire about the restaurant's hours, and the person who answered was rather rude and didn't even know when the restaurant was open.

I highly recommend El Charros to everyone. The food is excellent, and the service has consistently been very good. They also have a young son who works there, and he's incredibly nice, polite, and a dedicated worker.

The service was terrible. After our meals were served, no one checked on us again! The entire staff seemed preoccupied with their cell phones instead of attending to customers. The food was just average.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude, and it seemed like only young kids were working there. The food we received was cold and obviously microwaved. We didn’t even get all of our order, and they were out of many items. It was a very disappointing place to eat, and on top of that, we were still charged for the cold food we didn’t even touch. I can't believe how bad this place is—it really needs to be shut down due to its poor service and food quality.

A 14-year-old is managing the front, and my experience was disappointing. I didn't receive even half of my order, the guacamole was spoiled, everything was mixed up, and they refused to correct it. This happened after I paid upfront and had to wait an excessive amount of time. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
