Wicked Awesome Ice Cream Emporium

Out of towners looking for good ice cream and this place was SO GOOD. The server offered me samples of anything I wanted curious about and the amount of ice cream you get for the price is unbeatable, not to mention delicious. The ladies working the counter were so friendly.

Always has very good flavors and quick service. Cashier was very friendly and personable.

I made a special trip to this store because it has green pistachio ice cream (I am making a Spumoni ice cream cake). My fault for not asking to taste it first, but when you are charging almost $8 for a pint of ice cream, a customer figures it has to be good. It is not. It has no pistachio flavor, simply tastes like vanilla ice cream dyed green with ground up nuts of some kind in there. Very disappointed. I’m glad I didn’t buy the rest of my flavors there.

This had been our go to happy place since it opened but not anymore…we left for the summer and when we got back it was one of our first stops…they no longer have my favorite ice cream that I got EVERY TIME…Kahlua krunch and they also did not have the sugar free black cherry that my husband always got…instead they had two “no sugar added” choices that didn’t sound appealing to him. We both came away disappointed. I guess nothing stays the same….?

Store said it was open till 9 went at 7:15 and they had door locked closing down. Drove out of our way for them to be closed.
