Skimpiest banh mi I ever had. No pate either. I asked for extra spread and there was barely any. The spring rolls were delicious!

Order through Uber-packaging not the best in terms of sustainability. Noodle soups and smoothies with boba were good wish they offered more flavors like lychee. Drinks not worth it-too much ice.Sandwiches were bland, lacking flavor and substance.

I discovered this place maybe late last year and have been coming here semi-regularly at least once every few months. I've had pretty good experiences here, the owner is responsive and the food is out pretty quickly. Definitely getting good values for your money here as the Bahn Mi are very affordable. Once I tried their pho as well and they were super generous with the beef slices although I have to say eating it there is still the best for soup noodle dishes like pho. I'm looking forward to future visits when I get to try out more of their menu offerings. These days I end up just getting take outs here without even shopping at the supermarket haha. Definitely worth a try they've got really good Vietnamese selections and I'm guessing being a food court establishment keeps their costs down a bit.
