The smallest amount of Northeastern food I have ever seen

Food is eaten as soon as it is received. The spicy noodles are so bad that they break when you can hardly pick them up. The couple's lung slices were simply outrageous. They were all beef tendons, and I don't know if they had been in the refrigerator for too long or something. The hardness was like weathered rubber, and it was completely impossible for human teeth to bite. I even had to use a lot of force to cut it open with scissors. It was just a big box of clear hard plastic pieces. We were all shocked and couldn't eat it at all. Within an hour after eating the others, the three of us started to feel sick to our stomachs and feel a little painful. It's too much beyond the limit.

Don’t use their restroom, the toilet doesn’t flush, it’s disgusting. No one clean the restroom. You can image how ‘clean’ their kitchen is.

Not sure about the other bad experiences, but when I went it was really good. Service is good, more like self-service with QR code ordering.
