Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant - Makati

The ambiance of the place is very relaxing and the people are very courteous. The food is greay as well. Tried the pork chops and it was cooked perfectly.

Stopped by for dinner when we were in the Power plant mall. Quite a large selection of food to choose from. We picked a few things to share between us. The calamari was nice and crispy. We had the fajita trio of chicken, beef and shrimp. The shrimp and beef was quite nice but the chicken was a bit dry. The best item was the skillet cookie which was served with a giant scoop of ice cream. Service was ok. We were able to add an extra table later in the evening when we had more people come by.

I had a delightful experience with their chocolate lava cake. During my stay at the Aruga hotel by Rockwell, which is conveniently located in front of the mall, I visited this restaurant twice because the dessert was simply irresistible. In addition to the cake, they also served an excellent steak. I could tell they take great care in maintaining the quality of their meat and how it’s prepared, as the waitress frequently checked to ensure the steak met my expectations. The prices are reasonable—not too expensive—and I think it’s better enjoyed with friends rather than going solo. For someone like me from Indonesia, the portion sizes are quite generous. In fact, the cake is as large as the palm of my hand!

The prices are a bit high, but the food is delicious. It would be even better if they offered a cheese-only quesadilla. The buffalo wings are fantastic!

**SERVICE:** Now, for the highlight of the experience—service! One of my Chicken Crispers appeared to be undercooked in the center, so I asked Mac for clarification. He immediately recognized the issue and replaced the entire dish without hesitation. He even informed us that it would take about five minutes, and in the meantime, he generously provided a complimentary cup of queso along with a refill of our Tostada Chips—a really thoughtful touch! I must say, we couldn’t get enough of that delicious dip! Water refills were offered proactively. Mac and his team truly excelled in customer service! To top it all off, our takeout came with an unexpected bag stuffed with Tostada Chips!
