I’ve never worked at a more basis Starbucks the amp of discrimination and harassment I’ve experienced here was insane and zack the SM is behind all of it. His go to is to smile as if he didn’t do anything wrong or hold anyone accountable besides me. He will get what he deserves ?karma doesn’t like ugly.

Zack, the Manager always greets me by name and knows how I like my chai tea to be made. He’s super knowledgeable about all of the drink products and offers up new suggestions. He looked into ingredients to make sure it wouldn’t be a trigger for my allergies. I appreciate him, his kind demeanor and his friendless. His customer service is on point.

I live right above this Location and I can assure u that they are the best, specially Zach he always takes care of us EVERYDAY.He know that I collect Starbucks cups and every time that he receives a new one he let me know!I just want to say, “You are the best Zach! Tks…”

Every morning their slow service, high demand, and short drive through location backs up traffic on 17-92. I'm so tired of sitting in traffic because of poor planning.
