Ban Thai - Mainz

The ban thai was highly recommended to us. I was skeptical because the reviews only grow. the device is simple and quite cheesy. the service is quite vocabulary and some times there were linguistic barriers. I had no warmth, you almost felt as a disturbing factor. even if little is loose, the waiting times (especially for drinks) are quite long. Eating is visually very nicely dressed, but tastefully we found it just ok. prices are good and quality was also ok. Conclusion: quite ok, but unfortunately no highlight.

Unfortunately not very convincing. I had a padthai who was edible, but it came lukewarm (on the way from the kitchen to our table it can not lie) as well as the food of my 4 friends, the service was very inconspicuous and also no trace to facilitate. for the chilis I have ordered because it wasn't sharp enough, I had to wait a long time. the price is not right here in my opinion. the dishes are for the quality they get too expensive.

On a trip to mainz I have met the most sharp selection of Thai cuisine. a court has been served for a long time, in the nomenclature of the iron card there the top and after the destruction of the service was not suitable for Europeans! . it was an experience and I don't know who asked himself more: I would like to say about the sharpness of the hell that I want to reopen or the friendly-erstaunted staff about the surviving European. in mainz!

The ban thai is a classic thai restaurant with expectant feeding, operation and travel. that sounds a bit frequent, but should be positiw. I can recommend the restaurant.

Here there are very good Thai foods and the ingredients are always fresh and lovingly dressed, because the eye is also known to eat with ... ; moreover, the restaurant is very cozy and tastefully decorated. At noon you get from 12-15h (orders are accepted only until 14.30! a relatiw cheap and rich lunch menu with a good selection of main dishes and daily changing appetizers. the restaurant is relatiw heavily frequented and business people meet here, among others, for business lunch, but also families with children. therefore better to reserve time!
