Chopstix - Maidstone

I recently enjoyed a delicious meal of chili chicken with rice at this restaurant. The service was excellent, although I was the only customer at the time. The restaurant is located inside a mall, so there is no outside view, but the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, the meal was very good value for money.

Today, I visited a restaurant with my 8-year-old son, who cannot eat noodles or rice due to a soft cleft palate. I requested to only purchase the toppings, specifically the chicken, as I knew this was something he could eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to sell me the toppings separately and insisted that they could only be bought with noodles or rice. As someone with experience in food and customer service, I was shocked by this policy. In my line of work, I always strive to accommodate customers with allergies or special dietary needs to ensure a pleasant experience. Despite my son's desire for the chicken, I had to order the food without the noodles. The staff at this restaurant was unfriendly, and their customer service was lacking. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Come here often. Staff are always polite and cheerful. Food is always nice and i think the price is fair,for how much you get. Very filling.
